Business areas of use

The formats of the MS Office program package are the most frequently used electronic documents. The module enables editing of these file formats within the system in order to make the electronic administration procedure faster and more convenient for the end users, as well as to avoid the difficulties of parallel document management. The module is a useful accessory whenever an MS Office application is required for completing a task or any business operation.

E-mail account management

For the recording of e-mail messages, the system has an MS Outlook client. There are multiple options available to register e-mails:

  • In case of E-mail filing, only text parts are registered
  • In case of MSG format, the system records the e-mail and its attachments in the MSG format used by Outlook
  • When registering attached files, the system records the files one by one
  • All attached files are registered separately
  • When registering attached files in ZIP format, all attached files are recorded in the system as one zip file
  • In case of Automatically registered e-mails from the exchange server, the system automatically receives the e-mails from a selected e-mail account
    • The extractable metadata are recorded on forms
