At the moment, there is no uniform methodology for selecting IT systems due to rapid development and industrial changes. It is further complicated by the fact that by certain IT expressions we mean complex and extensive services. We would like to help you make a decision, so let us show you the points that make the selection easier:

Ask the following questions:

  • What is the minimal life cycle of your system?
  • How user-friendly is it?
  • Is adequate data protection and logging provided?
  • What does support mean? Is it only releases or does it include system support, system tracking as well as innovation?
  • At what pace does the provider develop the system and what does the client receive from the advantages of central development?
  • Can you track organizational, business and legal changes without the supplier?
  • Can you do more tasks in one system? Does the system help application consolidation?

Compare the system with other products

It is our purpose that our future customers shall make the best possible decision, so we help them with the comparison of offers with different content and structure.

We provide an easy-to-understand technical spreadsheet put together based on industrial standards that is similar to a bill of quantities used in constructions.

When we make the comparison, we make sure to spare the customer from extra cost items that occur later and are not included in the original offer, however, to have the features they represent would serve the customer’s primary interest when they start using the system.

In this spreadsheet every contractor must use uniform pricing. They are supposed to present the actual level of readiness of the offered systems, so, at the start of use, the operation of every feature can be clearly verified.

We hope that we can help make complex IT systems comparable in terms of business. If you have any questions, please contact us!
