Ask the following questions:
- What is the minimal life cycle of your system?
- How user-friendly is it?
- Is adequate data protection and logging provided?
- What does support mean? Is it only releases or does it include system support, system tracking as well as innovation?
- At what pace does the provider develop the system and what does the client receive from the advantages of central development?
- Can you track organizational, business and legal changes without the supplier?
- Can you do more tasks in one system? Does the system help application consolidation?
Compare the system with other products
