3/2018 BM REGULATION (Hungarian Ministry of Internal Affairs)

In 2018 Care All Ltd. successfully acquired the document management certificate in compliance with the 3/2018 BM regulation.

GDPDU, 1/2018 ITM REGULATION (Hungarian Ministry of Innovation and Technology)

In 2012 our company acquired the digital document archiving certificate in compliance with German regulations; so, we can provide comprehensive digital document archiving service for German-owned companies.

1/2018 (VI.29) ITM REGULATION (Hungarian Ministry of Innovation and Technology)

Andoc fully supports the 1/2018 (VI.29) ITM regulation and it is qualified to create digital archives. A system fulfils the technical requirements for closed systems, therefore it is qualified to:

  • Create digital invoice archives
  • Receive electronic invoices
  • Provide storage in compliance with laws
  • Create verified scanning procedures for paper-based documents

MoReq2

Both parts and our complete system has been inspected according to MOREQ2 standards several times. The 27/2014 government regulation (Hungary) completed the certification of Andoc in MOREQ2.

Dublin Core

During one of our distinguished bank projects, we acquired compliance for our system with the standards of Dublin Core. Dublin Core provides uniform principles for the descriptive fields of document storage.

CMIS

CMIS is a standardized interface that facilitates interoperability between IT systems. The standard enables the document management system to connect to other systems via a standard interface with no developer’s support. Andoc has a CMIS-compliant interface.
