Digital signature module
Andoc provides a 100% integrated high security electronic signature on a standardized interface. The systems universally have built-in E-signo sdk / Netlock Yakud provided by Microsec. The system supports signing with other standardized signature providers. The service can use and manage both internal and external PKIs with the right time stamp service.
Four reasons for the implementation
- Digitally signed documents pave the way to a paperless administration
- More secure than traditional signature
- Less expensive storage
- Difficult to forge
Business areas of use
- If you wish to digitalize your business management, the verification and signing of the generated digital documents can also take place digitally, like:
- Contracts and other liabilities
- Internal approvals
- Statements, binding offers
- Business needs, calls for proposals
- Credibility statements
- In case of certain workflow steps and document types the system can automatically check if there is a digital signature; this makes processing more secure
- The module represents a high level of security, it cannot be forged
- Digitally signed and managed documents can be digitally stored, so there is no need for document libraries and their geographically limited availability is not an obstacle any more

Biometric signature
In compliance with the 910/2014/EU regulation (eIDAS-regulation), Andoc supports the placement of a signature image with biometric data on electronic documents. When biometric data are recorded, pressure, change of pressure, speed, acceleration, and geolocational data are attached to the document with a time stamp. Due to the recording of these data, the signature is just as credible, unique and unforgeable as one on paper.
The biometric signature is used on tablets.
