Business areas of use

Notifications serve basic communication needs and convenience functions:

  • Alerts are sent when there is an incoming task
  • Activity status tracking (e.g.: an administrator-initiated procedure was approved, a client accepted the conditions, etc.)
  • Lists (or other documents) can be sent as notifications to involved administrators (e.g.: expected number of deals in the coming season or the number of deals to be processed with regard to an upcoming deadline)
  • E-mail notifications can also be sent to clients as well:
    • Information
    • Calling attention to a deadline
    • Contact for other reasons

Dimensions for the use of e-mail notifications

  • The triggering event for sending can be freely defined
    • changes occurred in the process
    • data changes
    • changes in attached documents
    • depending on deadline monitoring
    • a need for escalation
    • exporting, data protection
  • Message content, addressees:
    • HTML / plain text
    • metadata field can be inserted into the text
    • addressees (internal, external)
    • sender’s e-mail address.
  • Restrictions:
    • compounding notifications related to a mass event
    • size restrictions of attached files

E-mail generation is automatic and has its own HTML interface. Any metadata tag can be inserted into the e-mail text. External and internal files can be attached to the e-mail on a standardized interface.

There is a standardized interface for bounced e-mails that is accessible through the system administrator interface.

Alert window / Floating message

The system supports setting individual alerts for users on the interface. The setting can be a floating window and/or a sound. The user can set the frequency for checking for new tasks.
