Four reasons for the implementation

  • Individual “island” systems are no longer viable. An effective company management is only possible with integrated systems
  • Redundant data storage can be avoided
  • When using several systems, it is clear who has a particular task in which particular system
  • Automatisms can decrease the need for human resource

Business areas of use

  • Automatic communication with the existing basic systems. By creating data connection, the level of automation of the administration can be increased:
    • eliminating duplicate data recording in the systems
    • minimalizing errors due to manual data recording
    • controlling the activities between systems (e.g.: sending out contracts upon approval, recording them in basic systems, etc.)
  • In case of activities and tasks that can be standardized, the module can replace tasks that require human capacities with automatisms:
    • Automated notification sending or document generation in case of a given workflow step (e.g.: notification about the positive evaluation of a claim, automated contract generation, etc.)
    • Enforcing a conditioned automated distribution logic (e.g.: delegated activities to professional fields and divisions according to different service types)
    • Directing a given activity to a different procedure course if a given condition is fulfilled (e.g.: escalation to a higher decision-making level based on the level of commitment)
    • Linking incoming information, documents (e-mail) to preceding cases according to identification, such as offer number (e.g.: a response arrives to an offer and this response is attached to a new offer for further action)
  • When processing complex and complicated activities, automatisms ensure:
    • Processing takes place according to regulations
    • Proper control and verification
    • Significant acceleration of administration
    • Introduction of cost-effective solutions

Parametrizable service

The majority of functions are predefined, parameterizable and can be further developed:

  • Procedure forwarding, automated administration according to regulations
  • Data fill-in service
  • Automated reception and filing
  • Document generating service
  • Authentication control service
  • Digital signature service
  • Managing electronic acknowledgements of receipt
  • Sub and main number filing

Managing structured data

In the current service module, the parameterizable services are:

  • Transferring metadata to other systems (insert, update, delete)
  • Receiving metadata from other systems (insert, update)
  • Transferring documents to other systems (insert, update)
  • Receiving documents from other systems (insert, update)
  • Receiving master data from other systems (insert, update, delete)
  • Calling documents from other systems
  • Publishing search services
  • Sending e-mail notifications, generating mail
  • Report sending
  • Procedure skipping due to an event that took place in the special system (moving)
  • Procedure skipping in special system due to an event that took place in Andoc (moving)
  • Standard embedding of other programs into interfaces
